Thank you for using Triad Trainer. Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information Triad Trainer processes, how it is used, and how your information is handled.
Information Stored on Your Device
Triad Trainer is designed to help users learn and practise guitar triads. The app stores practice-related information locally on your device, including:
- Lessons completed
- Practice progress
- Practice statistics
- App settings
This practice information is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to Amprok Apps.
Microphone Access
Triad Trainer may request access to your device's microphone for features that listen to guitar notes or chords.
Audio captured through the microphone is processed locally on your device for the purpose of providing these features. Triad Trainer does not upload or store your microphone recordings on our servers.
Personal Information
Triad Trainer does not require you to create an account and does not directly collect information such as your name, email address, phone number or physical address.
Payment card details are handled by Google Play and are not provided to Amprok Apps.
Purchases and Subscriptions
Triad Trainer may offer purchases or subscriptions through Google Play.
Information relating to a Google Play purchase may be processed to verify a purchase and determine whether premium features should be available. Payment processing is handled by Google Play. Amprok Apps does not receive or store your credit or debit card details.
Firebase Services
Triad Trainer uses services provided by Google Firebase to support certain app functionality, including Firebase Cloud Functions, Firebase App Check and related Firebase services.
These services may process technical information such as device or app identifiers and network information when communicating with Firebase services. This information is used to provide app functionality, verify legitimate requests and help protect the app's backend services from abuse.
Analytics
Triad Trainer does not currently use analytics services to track how you use the app.
Advertising
Triad Trainer does not currently display third-party advertisements.
Data Sharing
Amprok Apps does not sell or rent your personal information.
Google and Firebase services may process information on behalf of Amprok Apps where required to provide services used by Triad Trainer, such as purchase verification and backend security.
Data Security
Information transmitted between Triad Trainer and the Google/Firebase services used by the app is transmitted using secure encrypted connections.
Practice progress, statistics and app settings stored locally on your device are also subject to the security of your device.
Data Retention
Practice progress, statistics and settings stored locally may be removed if you uninstall Triad Trainer or clear the app's data, subject to any device backup functionality.
Information processed by Google or Firebase may be retained in accordance with the policies and operational requirements of those services.
Children's Privacy
Triad Trainer is intended for users aged 13 and over. The app does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
Third-Party Services
Triad Trainer uses services provided by Google, including Google Play and Firebase. These services may process information in accordance with their own privacy policies and terms.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when Triad Trainer's features, services or data practices change. Any changes will be reflected by updating the Effective Date at the top of this document.
